Seattle University is lost

There's no end to this insanity and college management are compounding problems by not exercising correct leadership.

The author of the book sums it up nicely: "I am disappointed that they seemed to have stopped at the title instead of opening the book and reading its contents."

Indeed, do young folks read anything anymore except for hysterical rants on social media?

I fear we have a time bomb of utter ignorance and societal dysfunction; the next generation seems devoid of reason and logic, and hypersensitive to imaginary issues.

Orwell's Big Brother isn't the omnipresent, omniscient guardian of totalitarianism (yet), but rather the Orwellian remit has manifested itself in the soft machine of human emotions, which is an ironic twist to the hitherto vision of the mechanistic, sociopathic machine of 1984.
