Facebook survey

I've just responded to a Facebook survey. I assume you'll all get the same request from Facebook. Please respond by emphasizing the importance of free speech. I don't agree with everyone but our right to free speech is of paramount importance, however repugnant we find each other's views.

Here is what I said in the free space of the survey:

"I tried uploading an innocuous photo (of some animals) and it was barred by "security filters".

Many of my friends and I have been suspended for ridiculous reasons. We weren't attacking anyone personally, engaging in criminal or immoral activity or the like. There are inconsistencies and a shocking double standard in the penalizing of breach of Facebook's "community guidelines" as if anyone reads those anyway.

Facebook should embrace liberty and freedom of speech, and stop pandering to the whims of pathetic SJWs and ideologues.

Those who don't like us can easily unfriend or block us without big brother's help. By adopting an authoritarian role, Facebook is contributing to a generation lacking in agency, responsibility and critical thinking.

The internet isn't a virtual safe space and neither should it be. However, platforms like Facebook already provide adequate security settings for individuals and communities to create safe spaces if they so desire."
