Welcome to the nanny state: A fatherless society and a breeding ground for lazy chav scum. The working and middle classes are sandwiched between two parasitical classes: the ruling class and the underclass. Both are feeding off us and unless we wake up from our coma of apathy, our blood will be sucked dry, we'll capitulate and that'll be the end of our civilisation.
Of course, not everyone who is dependent on benefits is a lowlife or anything akin to the adult in the picture. Indeed, welfare can really help those in desperate need and I wouldn't resent the charitable support of a decent honest person who has fallen on bad times. The problem is the system is flawed, it's being abused and it's costing hard-working tax payers a fortune.
